AutoPayRent.com has partnered with Frontline Processing to offer an online rent payment program that offers simplicity and affordability to property managers, landlords and tenants alike. This is a custom interface that meets the payment needs of most small to mid-sized companies in the rental industry.
The plan does not require tenants to sign up to pay. Payments can be made for screening fees, security deposits, rent or any rent related fees. The interface is designed similar to shopping carts that renters are accustomed to using for online purchases. This will be a very simple program for them to use.
While checking out renters can opt-in to have the program save their payment history so they have a proof of payment report they can show to any prospective landlord when looking for a new place to live. They can also opt-in to receive a monthly rent reminder by email or mobile text message.
Transactions can be viewed in the landlord’s customer vault at any time. Tenants and landlords receive e-mail receipts for all transactions. We believe this will be a very useful tool that will simplify the rent payment process. Rent payments can be paid by credit card or electronic check.
