Not all banks provide this service, but some do. Others use PayPal or a similar online payment service. None of these payment platforms are built for the rental industry.

Our online rent payment program was designed to meet the needs of renters who want to pay rent online. Features include an opt-in monthly rent reminder along with another opt-in service to save your rent payment history so tenants can view and print their rent payment report to show prospective landlords when looking for a place to rent.

Property owners and managers pay a small monthly statement fee and renters pay a convenience fee when paying online. Sharing the cost of the program in this way provides an attractive solution for tenants and landlords.
